1. not true, I checked all records of the AUSA handled my cases, he filed MTD to ALL of the plaintiffs
2. USCIS, FBI, DHS, both center director (?)
3. AUSA will take care of cases for ALL government law suits
4. does not matter
5. after MTD, response to MTD, then either wait for judge to rule, or they may solve it before that. without response, they can simply ask for default

6. depend on the courts, now have mixed ruling, check your court records.
