Depend on different judge,some judges agree you don't

have to have a lawyer,but other judges disagree, as such
situation,judge will put off making judgement,until you find a lawyer.
First hearing usually don't make any desicion, just show
evidence of both side, judge will schedule next hearing ( usually is main hearing )
