请问０５年９月递交的４８５有没有只有一次FP就被批准的？

０５年９月递交的NIW，TSC. 140 approved 10/05. 10/05做的FP，11/05补交体检报告，之后就再无update。请问XDJM们有这种情况的吗？有没有只做一次FP就批准的吗？谢谢
