485 的Fingerprint Notification上的Priority Date

485 的Fingerprint Notification上的Priority Date 是May 14, 2004.我们485的Received Date 也是May 14, 2004, 可我们的LC提交的时间在DEC, 2002,这是不是说明INS把我们的PD时间弄错了??请好心人帮忙指点,谢谢 .......
