紧急求助!!在线等待!!

本人一年前H4 转F1, 配偶帮我一起递交了GC, 如今485 pending, AP 已批. 因国内家中有事我已买好机票回国. 可今天去ISSO sign I-20,被告知我的F1身份很可能会失效在使用AP 入境时; 或是我的AP 无效而F1有效, 这意味着我必须在境外签F1 (100%会被拒). ISSO 的人要我一定要去询问自己的律师(可律师在休假中).

因回国日程就在眼前, 我该怎么办, 诚恳请求高手或有相同经历之人帮助解答. 万分感激!!!
