Does anyone has the same fingerprint situation as my family

My family (my wife, kid and I) got fingerprint in Feb 2006. In May 2007, only my wife and I received 2nd fingerprint notice and got fingerprint done on May 17, 2007. But up to date, my kid's 2nd notice (8 years old) has not been received yet.

Does anyone has the same situation? Any advice and response would be very appreciated.

Case: NIW, NSC, I140 (Approved on Nov, 2005) and I485 were sent out at the same date (Sep, 2005).
