小白兔，临时绿卡章的英文名称是什么？我还有其他问题请教

我原计划是在下周四去加拿大，然后用AP回来。昨天收到email说：approval notice sent。 因为等不到正式的绿卡，我看到你建议说去local office盖临时绿卡章，请问这个临时绿卡章的英文专业名词是什么？local office是不是打指纹的地方（infopass）？
另外我还有一个问题。我出国前和妻子分居，现在也几年了，我们签有离婚协议书（儿子归她）但还没有办理正式的离婚。请问我可否为儿子申请follow to join？我考古知道要file I－824， 我看过824， 是否在part 3 的第3项 填写我儿子的姓名和地址？
