说到新方案锝父母移民，我觉得有一条对很多人是很好的

虽然限制在每年四万，但相关的措施是会产生一个新的非移民签证类别：parent visitor visa.
这种visa 类别是可以方便多次出入境，而且给extended stay. 具体的年限和时间没有看到。
说实在，很多人的父母在国内生活不错，也不愿意因为移民后限制在美的时间。只要能来去自由，免去多次签证的烦恼， 并且有宽松的留美时间，比如想和新出生的孙辈多待。我个人就属于这种情况，尤其是反正现在的新移民能享受的福利也很少。
这个消息是昨天看白宫和参议院的解释文。有兴趣的可以自己去核实。
