到底该跟谁的申请走？

我的priority date在2006年三月， 我已经拿到了LC和140的批准。 我先生的priority date 在2004年12月， 可怜的他的LC申请还在德克萨斯的集中处理中心的角落里呆着， 但已被告知几星期内将被处理。
现在预测， 很可能等到他拿到LC, 我也已经可以递485了。 基于这些情况， 我有一些问题：
1.他的priority date 早已排到了， 拿到LC之后， 是否可以同时递 140 和 485？
2.象我们这种情况， 跟谁的case走比较快一些？ (关键问题是：递交485后， 移民局是先递485申请的先处理， 还是priority date早的先处理?)
各位大侠， 有知道的，请帮帮忙回答。
