NC cleared after over 2 years

Heard from senator that my NC was cleared on 5/10/07. At the same time, I have a WOM pending in the court. The goverment filed a motion to dismiss, and I responded to oppose it. Waiting the judge to rule on it. No sure what is is going to happen next.
