NIW, I140 approved, I-485 pending

I was a postdoc when applied I-140, now will change to a Staff research associate, I will still do research in a similar field, but in the new university, most Staff research associate is technician. If I get 485 RFE, will the job title bring trouble? Or they just care what my job duty is? Thanks a lot.
