请教 485 pending 期间换工作的 title 是不是不能变?

我劳工最近想换工作，以前在私人医院里工作。

140 已经批了，485 也交上去超过 60 天了，理论上换工作应该没有问题的。

可现在找的新工作在学校里，虽然干的是同样的活，但是工作 title 从 "Clinic
Medical Physicist" 变成了 "Clinic Instructor and Medical Physicist" 。请问这
样的话，一直在等的绿卡申请会不会有问题呢？
