485 medical exam help needed

Two years ago, I did my medical exam before I filed my 485. My TB test was postive, but X ray was clear. But the doctor still asked me to 9 months medicine. After I took medicine for two months, my own docotor asked me to stop to take this medicine because he asked me to take x ray again and found it was clear. I am not sure whether this will hurt my 485 application since the doctor asked me to take 9 months medicne and I only took two months.
