有F11Visa, 但是想在Canada 读书，怎么办？

有拿到F11Visa, 但是想在Canada 读书，还没有登陆，但是快到期了。
有想过在美国边境住，然后天天美加跑，不知可以吗？ 请指教。谢谢！
