Attorney Chen definitely sounds very experienced in WOM cases and yes hiring a lawyer will make your case much easier to handle. It is always a trade-off between money and your own time.

By the way, although started by Indian friends, I believe there are many Chinese posters on that website as well including myself. I also suggested (in vain) that we should sub-divide our immigration forum into more groups...
