Xiaobaitu please help

I worked through CPT to OPT in 2003 and there was a month that I worked in between CPT and OPT. I got H1b IN 2004 and last year, I got a H1B visa stamp outside of USA. I need to file i-140 now and the experience from 2003-2004, including that one month without authorization has been documented when the labor certification was filed. Do you think it will cause a problem in my GC application? Please help!
