talk to US Attorney regarding my WOM

still a few days away from the due day and haven't get any response. Called US Attorney today, after a few round of transfer, finally talked to someone who is response for my case. Seems they have no intend to solve the case without go to court at all, he said even no final words regarding my case (I doubt they even look at the case so far) since still a few days away from due day, most likely they will file motion to dismiss.

Definitely I will fight the MTD, just wonder if this is the way to discourage people for filing WOM ?
Anyone recently get MTD ? Like to share the experience.

FYI, this is Pro Se, I plan to file Ojection to MTD by myself, not sure how far I can go by myself if they decide to go trial.
