回复：I140和I485的几个问题

1. if H1 7th year extension, you should wait unitl 140 approved..so suggestion using premuim 140 application.
after 140 approved, you can extend H1 for 3 years.
(using Pending LC can do H1b 7th-year extension, but your LC already approved, you have to wait until 140 approved)

2. I485的体检 result should file with all your 485 applications. but Doctor can mark you are preganent and you could not get shot/x-ray etc in I-693 form. but finally when USCIS is processing your case, they would send RFE and asks for 体检 again. otherwise, they could not approve your case.

3. 如果先递I140,过两三个月再递I485,还算是CONCURRENT FILING if after两三个月 your PD is still current. BUT if PD retrogression happens again in 2 or 3 months, you could not file I-485.
