I-485-authorized employment question.

去年我F1, 忘了及时Renew I-20, (I-20 2006, 9月过期), 直到2006年11月, 学校通知我Out of status. 但是学校已经Pay我10月和11 月的RA 的工资. 后来在加拿大签H4又入境. 现在可以和先生一起FILE 485.

请教: 10月和11 月是否是 ’were employed in the United States, without USCIS authorization;’ 如果是这样, 我就不能File I-485 了. 应该怎么办? 多谢!
