1. necessary documents ( passport, the forms you received for immigration...)
2. Nobody checked our car, we rent a car.
3. You have to provide a good list you are planning to move to canada in the future.
4. Nobody asked bank statement.
5. We honestly told them we do not have residential address in canada, only have friend's address. They did not allow us to get a maple card. but it does not matter, you have a form and stamp attached to your passport, which is similiar as maple card, it would not affect your future job offer or anything else so no need of photoes.
6. No need for SIN card application if you are not planning to move right away.
