My hu*****and has filed NIW 485 before (myself and my son didn't file since we think his case will be denied mostly at that time)

Number: Lin-XX-XXX-XXXXX
Place of filing: NSC, then transferred to Local Office and interviewed
on 04/07
Final Disposition: After interview, withdraw the case.

My question are:
Does he have an A# in this situation?
How should we fill in those information to form 485?
