绿卡被收了怎么办?

原因是因为当时的住家将移民局的约见信件给丢了,又没有固定住所,并因抢却罪坐了两年牢后未能及时处理,况且至今已二十年了,现在的情况是每隔三个月要到移民局签到,问题是现在怎么做才能拿回绿卡?移民局是否因为这样永远不再给绿卡了呢?????现在大女儿都已十二岁了,小儿子五岁,应该怎么办呢?是否能通过太太重新申请我入籍呢??????????
