485 180天后换工作的朋友注意了

最近我有朋友收到这样的RFE. 朋友通过公司A交了485,180天后进了公司B.朋友用EAD进入B, 没有办H1transfer.期间用过AP.现在收到RFE说要补在公司B的这期间的合法文件批准件.
也就是说,485交了180天后换工作,AOS的合法身份并没有象绿卡申请资格一样得到延续,在这种情况下,还要TRANSFER H1或其它身份.
