请问小白兔，TB test 16mm

X ray正常，TB skin test is positive with 16mm，医生建议吃9个月的药，说不吃药的话，将来抵抗力减弱的时候，有可能得肺结核。有的人说吃药对肝有影响，但医生说吃药对怀孕都没有影响，不知道是真是假。但现在的问题是不吃药的话，体检就通不过，也就不可能得到绿卡。似乎必须得吃。不过问了医生，即使吃完了药，TB skin test还是阳性，那他们怎么测定吃药了没有呢，或者怎么测定药的疗效呢？
