Are you sure? I knew 3 people has more than one passport

I know three people have one more passport in addition to their US passport: one has a canada passport passport, one has a Taiwan passport, and one has a Malysia passport. The one has Taiwan passport uses it enter Taiwan, then return US use the US passport without any issues. If you are so affirmative, can you provide a official link?
