小白兔及各位大师: 485 "public assistance" question

On I-485 form,
question 2: "Have you received public assistance in the US from any source..."

Here "you" means myself, or my whole family members? I didn't get any assistance from US. But my son born in US do have one year children's health insurance program from the State government. Should I answer "yes" or "no" for question 2 on I-485?
