to O3 visa

Hi, O3 visa:
I sent a lot of post to your discuss on O3 visa. But none of them was there. I don't know what was wrong.Now all your post disappeared!

For O3 visa, in my hu*****and's I-797, there is no any information for O3 visa, but we got our O3 visa with it.

A question: When you renew your O1 visa, do you still have to submit the recommendation letter?
