请教，要求补充材料

我申请的是outstanding professor and researcher,现在要求补充材料。有两个部分
（1）要求学校的部分：需要学校证明这是个tenure-track job 和the ability to pay.
以前给资料的时候都提供了啊，还需要什么呢？
（2）要求我的部分：
(a) 要求教学或者研究有三年的经验。我刚phd毕业一年，应该博士的研究经验也算吧？ 如果不是，该怎么搞呢？
（b）需要证明是internationally recognized.我已经找了两位海外教授，还找几位合适呢？
(c) 证明是个tenure-track position.

请教大家，我该从怎么样的角度提供evidance呢？感觉该给的都给了阿?比较郁闷。
