I filed I140 and I485 concurrently last Sept. and they are both still pending. I'm thinking about upgrading the I140 petition (EB2 labor-based) to premium processing. My questions:

1. Can I do it by byself or need to do it through my lawyer?
2. Is it worthy to spend $1000 dollars under current situation?
