Your occupation should be Student.

TA/RA does not count as a professional occupation, and that is not a part-time job either. You are offered TA/RA postion because you are a F-1 student, but your are restricted to work on campus only.

OPT allows you to choose off-campus jobs,but that does not change your immigration status (still F-1).
