大侠们看看我的律师给我的485单子

既不要我们交W2,tax return.也不要I-134。我想自行把W2和税表加进去。又怕律师说我们自作主张不相信他。怎么办?如果不交这些材料，REF的可能性大吗。我们的CASE是LC EB2.
