Just bring the USCIS letter to any qualified doctors. My case not shot, and just x-ray (got result next day). Doctor filed the form with remarks: History skin test positive. X-ray is done, report shows the result is negative. It is also a good idea to ask the doctor to send the x-ray report along with the medical examination form, if they permitted. Best,
