Same story to us

Three years before I did the TB test (positive) and chest X-ray (normal). Unfortunately the doctor forgot to report the TB test result in I-693 form and just reported the chest X-ray (Normal).
Now the USCIS asked me to do the TB test again.
Does anybody meet same problem? How do you deal with it?
Is it possible or not to only ask the doctor to report the old TB test and chest X-ray results to USCIS and explain this situation?
