如何从公司那里拿到485 RECEIPT ?

我的485申请是由公司办的(刚FILE 140&485 Concurrent)。公司控制的很严，LC Approve Notic, 140 Receipt, 485 Receipt 我都没见过。只是因为有FP NOTICE 所以才知道 485 Receipt Number 和 A Number. 而且公司没有给我办EAD (防止换工作)。我想自己办EAD (秘密的)，请问用什么借口要485 Receipt 比较好？ (不能直接说想换工作)。另外，没有140 Receipt 会有什么影响呢？从法律上讲，485 Receipt 是不是属於我的呢？
