485补件通知,暗示NC过了吗?

我的背景:
NIW: 140 2005年5月递,10月批准;485 2005年8月递,PENDING.
前几天收到补件通知:

1.Please a clear photocopy of a current photo identity document showing your picture, name and date of birth. The photocopy must clearly show your facial features and biographical information. Color photocopies slightly enlarged from the original provide the best resolution.
2. Please documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that it the basis of your national interest waiver.
3. do a truberculin skin test(My original medical examination omitted this test, just did a chest x-ray).

我的问题是:
1.第一个要求的最后一句话是不是说要彩色的?什么是PHOTOCOPY?普通黑白复印不行吗?扫描然后打印的行吗?同时交DRIVER LICENSE(USA)和PASSPORT(CHINA)是不是更好?
2.这个补件暗示NAME CHECK已经过了吗?
