Xiaobaitu, pleases me: Can I transfer I-485 from pending EB-1A I

My I-140 based on NIW was approved in Oct 2005 from TSC, but 1-485 was not applied. In April 2007, I concurrently ted another I-140 and I-485 petition based upon EB-1A, and got all the receipts from NSC center. My questions are:
1). Can I, and if I can, then how to transfer the I-485 to my approved I-140 based on NIW?
2). Do I need to a new I-485 based on my approved I-140, and also withdraw the pending I-485 based on EB-1A?
3).If I need to my I-485 based on my approved I-140 by TSC, WHICH CENTER I NEED TO MAIL, TSC or NSC?
