参议员回信： FBI Name check 算是Clear 吗？- 看不懂英语

参议员回信是这么说的：

The applicant's fingerprints last cleared the FBI on 2/27/2007 and the results are valid for 15 months. The FBI Name check results are back and ok.

第一句话说得好像是fingerprint，可是fingerprint应该是USCIS做的，为什么说“last cleared the FBI on 2/27/2007”，第二句话又好像是说FBI Name check清了。到底这个FBI Name check是清了还是没清？

请前辈帮忙澄清一下。
