name check cleared?

Called USCIS two days ago, was told that both my hu*****and and myself's name checks were ted to FBI on MM/DD/2005, and are still pending. Today, we went to Infopass, the officer told us that my name check has cleared on Mar, 2007, but my hu*****and's is still pending. Which information is trustable?
