I got my green card recently. However, my hu*****and is still in China and has no advanced parole with him.My current H-1B status will not expire until August.Can he still apply for a H-4 visa and enter the US smoothly?(his 485 is pending.) Will my H-1 terminate automatically or still be valid? Your suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
