140 AD 5/20/2005
7/20/2005, First FP
9/2/2005, RFE for 485 about med exam

10/20/2006, sent letter to Mrs.Bush for name check help.

12/2006, Second FP
1/12007, sent letter to President for name check help.

1/22/2007, Name check clear

2/1/2007, Got letter from FBI for name check finish. Mrs.Bush's letter helped.

2/20/2007, My attorney got inquiry from TSC: Case was under review by a supervisor. I consulted this with Xiaobaitu.

4/25/2007, asked attorney got inquiry from TSC ( I requested it): case still pending. I paid $75 for this process. It is not free.

5/1/2007, sent letters to the Senators for help. One office sent doc to TSC for inquiry; The other office just sent inquiry this Mondy.

Today, 5/18/2007, I got approval notice both my wife and myself.

I don't know if Senators' and attorney's inquiries help. I wish they help even though it is time to approve my case.

So I encourage you do the same things. You lose nothing and you may get your green cards earlier!!!

尽管我到处求助, 对我的申请起作用了. 但是我周围的一个NIW (4/2004), 前一个月刚批, 除了主动要求打指纹, 其他基本干着急(不做别的事情), 那他的绿卡也批了. 这就是说, 他的时间到了, 再不批移民局自己都觉得不好意思. 兄弟姐妹们, 如果你该做的都做了, 等着就好了. 该来的还是要来的.

我的案子基本没有LUD. After 485 RFE, there are no any updates even after the second FP. 所以对LUD太在意的朋友不要太紧张没有LUD.
