My I ask Xiaobaitu. Can I get salary increase during I140 pendin

I am applying GC based on labor certificate, EB2. When I filed LC, my title is program II. I140 is pending.
Can I have a promotion from program II to program III and a salary increase now?
Does this promotion affect my GC application?
