485 Questions to Jia Boshi

Jia Boshi: I just read your poster. My case is a concurrent application for I-140 and I-485 at TSC filed in Jan. 2003. My I-140 was approved last Oct. I have an attorney but he is too lazy even to email me. Do I need to send my I-140 approval copy with I-485 receipt to activate I-485 case by myself? Or ask my attorney to do it? I understand it doesn't hurt if send copies to INS. If I do it by myself, do I just send copies to TSC directly, since my attorney filed all documents for me before? Can I use the address from the receipt notice envelop?
