找绿卡体检大夫有什么需要注意的吗？

离排期很近了，想准备一下485。
请问在找体检大夫时有什么需要注意的吗？是不是随便找个离家近的就行了？
通常多少钱？刚打了个电话，说如果没有任何record,就是345$,5个business day 拿结果。而且好像挺好预约的，都可以明天就去。请问这个大夫怎么样？
