1. It's not necessary to have such documents. For landing, only H1/H4 approval notice with I-94, passports enough. No trouble at all.

2. If you bring your car with you to land in, you should import your car. No tax required. If you do not want to live in Canada immediately, it's better to rent a car. Otherwise, the your car coming back to the US will be taxed.
