485 RFE后只有主申请人有LUD，正常吗？

we all got RFE for TB, after sending response to USCIS, all got email stating RFE response received. However, since then, the primary applicant got 2 LUDs, but not other family members, does this mean the other family member's case will not be processed together with the primary applicant? Before RFE, we all got LUD at the same time.
