二类优先到了2006年1月，是不是2005年9月的那波NIW

现在排期已经到了？很多人赶在2005年10月之前同时递交了140和485，如果是NIW的140以及批了的，现在是不是该审理485了？只要FBI背景调查已经结束，那个卡也就马上到手了？
