I140 processing date in NSC

I ted EB2 140/485 concurrently in Nov. 2006. So far, I've not got any response except the receipts. Does anyone get I140 approved from NCS recently? How long will the whole process take now? I need to decide if I need to do the premium or not. Now, I've been waiting for six months already. I just don't want to waste the $1000....
