Yes. Google the AC21 memo.

In such a case, you need to use H1 transfer instead of EAD. Using EAD is illegal before 485 has been pending for 180 days.

As far as I know, good relationship is the only way. Revoking I140 or not doesn't matter to the employer at all. It's up to them to play this stupid game.

This is tough. Job deions have to be similar.
