请问小白兔, 140 approval notice was sent on May3

我是从网上查的140已经批了,在MAY3 寄出. 我的资料是在TSC,律师在加州.可是律师说他现在还没有收到信件.小白兔,请问这种情况是正常吗?大概要多长时间才能寄到?多谢多谢.
