Your traffic violation will not affect your application of GC, not any problem. What I meant the last answering was that it was hard to others to say "yes" or "no", because even I say "no", it may be OK to INS. My suggestion is if INS specifically ask you this question, you may need to answer "yes", otherwise it depends. My two cents,just for your reference.
